This policy explains how Maruf WiFi collects, uses and protects information when you use our website, reseller dashboard and subscription services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, business or shop name, selected package, subscription identifiers, account activity, MikroTik connection information, Hotspot and PPPoE management data, IP address and security logs.

2. Payment information

Subscription payments are processed securely by PayPal. Maruf WiFi does not store your full payment-card number or PayPal password. We receive payment status, subscription ID, payer information and transaction references required to manage your subscription.

3. How information is used

To create and operate your reseller account.
To provide MikroTik, Hotspot, PPPoE and RADIUS services.
To process subscriptions, renewals and cancellations.
To provide customer support and important service notices.
To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
To maintain and improve service reliability.

4. Sharing of information

Information may be shared with PayPal, hosting and infrastructure providers when necessary to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention and account deletion

When a paid subscription expires, managed Hotspot and PPPoE services are suspended and a seven-day restoration period begins. If you do not subscribe again during that period, operational reseller data is automatically deleted. Limited transaction, security or accounting records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use essential browser storage and session tokens for login, security and normal dashboard operation. These are not used to sell advertising profiles.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, authenticated sessions and access controls to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect your password and notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your choices

You may ask to review or correct your account information, cancel your subscription, or request support concerning your data.
